As a direct, private lender, GRC Realty Partners focuses on financing transactions between $5,000,000 and $50,000,000 in the New York Metropolitan Area and in markets nationwide on a select basis. We target transactions that cannot be adequately handled by traditional lending sources either due to time constraints, complexity or the transitional nature of the asset.  Our goal is to help facilitate the borrower’s business plan, with repayment upon the sale or refinancing of the property, typically within 12 to 24 months.

Closing:  As fast as necessary, usually less than 30 days
